Frank is a kind stranger living in the area who often helps the guards and collectors. They have a soft spot for all the Clan's troublemakers that cause chaos in the region, especially Willow and Inky.

Frank isn't really part of the Clan, they don't even seem to be a dragon? They speak perfect draconic though ... They seem young but look really old, like a hybrid between an electric eel and a turtle (Willows words). Very long and serpent-like, with plates akin to armour, a feathered mane and one single horn.

Bones finds them fascinating but Frank finds Bones' fascination irritating and scary. Sometimes Frank seems openly hostile towards Bones. That other weird doctor seems fine however.



This dragon was born into the Exultant Order and deemed worthy of their life by the Ones Apart. They are considered a full member of the order and as such are taught its tenets and take part in all its rituals and ceremonies. One day, they may be sent to another clan to serve as an ambassador, servant, warrior, or an improver of bloodlines. The Exultant Order hopes this dragon’s life might make the world a worthier place and that once their time on the mortal realm has passed, they may become one with the Finality.
