Peace. Septhis had never imagined death to be so peaceful and calm. After the life they'd had he welcomed the soft arms of darkness as it engulfed their dark green form. Though, like in their past, good things never seemed to last, as they were ripped from the peaceful slumber of death and awoke with a start. Heaving and in pain they opened their eyes to look around with a vision unlike the one they'd had in life. Everything seemed slightly blurry and as is looked as though Septhis could see from many different angles. A quick glance at their long body revealed the reason of their bizarre vision. The dark green Spiral's body was adorned by bloodshot eyes staring back at them. It was a creepy feeling, being able to see yourself from many different perspectives. Once their heart calmed and Septhis could think clearly again they started to wonder why they had been brought back. Was there a reason for it or was it simply the universe toying with them? Despite their now mutated body and the bizarre circumstances that had brought them back to life, Septhis hadn't given up hope. They may have been cursed, but they were sure it wasn't all bad. They'd been given a second chance at life after all, regardless of the bad things that had come with it. They were determined to find a place to settle down and call home, and they wouldn't stop searching until they had found it. Destiny led them to a clan settled near the Hellwell Undercroft, where Septhis found their home, quickly becoming the clan's representative and a guardian of the lair protecting the dragons living within. |
