Biography

Ambros was born into a pack of travelling merchants that moved from lair to lair selling their wares and goods that they handcrafted. His father was a woodworker and his mother was an alchemist who made health potions and other useful substances that often sold for a high price which allowed they could to afford some expensive things. Other dragons always asked her to teach them her crafts so they could make more profit and afford new carriages as well as better quality materials to make their own wares.

She refused, saying that it's a family heirloom and only Ambros, her son, would be taught how to make them so he could take over her role or move on with skills he could use elsewhere. She wanted to make sure he had the best possible options open to him so he could walk away free from the pack if needed as she saw how hard and awful the pack was turning and how they were becoming obsessed with money, willing to do anything to gain more.

One day when the sun was low and the frost on the ground crunched under his claws, they left the pack carrying all that they could, walking away from dragons that they once called family to go somewhere that they could live more freely and could practice their skills in peace. Eventually setting up a cosy cabin in a small forest near a large city filled with so many new dragons and wares, Ambros and his mother continued to practice and learn new spells and potions to sell to others.

Their small family lived together for a long time until Ambros expressed his wish to travel and see new places and dragons as well as his curiosity for collecting alchemist books from all over the lands, gaining more and more knowledge that could be used to benefit himself and others. As he carried his mother's bag across his body he meets and spends time with new dragons and stays in some clans longer than others as he watches them work and asks them to teach him, loving every minute of it.
