A second generation member of the clan, Líobhan is a diviner, a scryer in puddles of water, a reader of cards, and a prodigious tosser of tea-leaves. Whether or not she has any real magical gift for such things remains to be seen, but her fine library of books on the subject make her an educated practitioner, at the least. She glows with a fine sheen of electric blue light, a hint of her parents' elemental Lightning heritage. It tingles the fingers to touch, but is otherwise harmless.

Líobhan is an Irish name meaning "beauty of women".
