Mariana

She is constantly at odds with her mother and half-sister. She blames it on their nature as spirals. Being born into "the most wonderous Waterflight", Mariana has wanted nothing more than to fulfill the role of an Oracle. But her family and clan's unconventional ideals on the way of disalligning from flights has made achieving this goal rather... difficult. She blames their behavior for contributing to the Tidelord's disappearance.
When she saw her sister last, the two had an explosive argument, with Mariana being accused of being a "self-brainwashed cultist" and her accusing her sister of being an "irresponsible, favoritism abusing snake". Her sister left on one of her ice fishing trips that night and has not returned since.



After hearing the news that the major dig found evidence of the Tidelord, she was quick to gather her things and make her way to the territory of the Earth flight. She is waiting now to be allowed inside, wanting to investigate this river in full.
