If you want some sweet body art, whether it’s to make a statement, jazz up your style, or disappoint your parents, Plume’s got you covered.

They are efficient with their piercings and skilled in engraving magic sigils into horns and scales, but what Plume is best known for is their specialty enchanted tattoos.

They’ve created koi that swim about the wings, trees that flower and fade with the seasons, rippling thunderclouds, and blinking eyes that seem to follow you wherever you go. Naturally, this sort of enchantment is a bit pricey, but they can get you inked up with normal tattoos if you don’t have the treasure for the fancy stuff.

Outside the shop Plume is gruff and well meaning, kind despite their prickly punk style. They babysit on their days off, and do their best to be a good member of the community. Cranky old traditionalist elders may not approve of them, but Plume doesn’t let that ruffle their fur.
