______ LLttle is known about Laohart’s early life. Those close to him know that he fought in a great war for a great many years, only for it to end with the loss of everything he loved. In his immense grief, he flew, searching for somewhere to start anew, somewhere that the echoes of the past would never reach. It is said that he flew across a thousand worlds without stopping for respite - but most dismiss that as mere legend.



______ After landing on the Honeykissed Isle, he took a young fae spirit, Frynsthallow, under his wing. The hatchling was his purpose. For him, he founded the Wayfarer’s Rest. It was a place for weary and downtrodden spirits to stay, a final destination for some and a simple stopover for others. Laohart tended to the woes of his guests, and in return they healed him; slowly, one by one, he became more than just a shadow of his former self.
