Biography

"Firstly, you must observe the conflict with your mind. Then, you enter war with confidence."

Confident/courageous/trusting

Idole was repurposed from the various relics hidden within the light domain, and powered with nature itself. This sentient sculpture was built to repel Emperor dragons with the combined abilities of life and wisdom, but after many long years his form began to corrode after facing one abomination after the other. It was only a while longer that he became fully malfunctional, and had to be shut down. However, it was a near impossible task, as Idole used his strengths to their individual advantages against the entire military of the Lightweaver.
As odd as it was, a nature-aligned fae dragon named Meadow happened to be small enough to fit into Idole's exterior plating and take him out from within. Using poison-tipped arrows, Meadow stabbed Idole's heart until it had dissolved almost entirely. The stone dragon promptly ceased all movement, looking as though it had paused in time.
Meadow was entrusted with the Idole as a reward for his efforts. However, he found it difficult to shake the brashness of his actions towards this work of cooperation betwixt flights, and after much consideration he decided to bring the creature back to life. Expecting to be met with a raging warrior driven by revenge, Idole had undergone a surprising shift in perspective. A new heart had provided him a sense of clarity, and he no longer desired resolution through conflict. Now Idole can be found participating in ethical debates and taking in the beauty of the world around him, appreciating even the smallest pests to the largest foes.
