Fissure

All Guardian dragons take on charges once they reach adulthood. But for most, their charge to protect is not another living dragon. Fissure though, is one such rare type.
Origami, a Fae who is so tiny compared to him, is his discovered protectee. He followed her here, to this seemingly cross-flighted clan. He does not understand the ways of this place, but she has insisted she is happy here, and that is enough for him.
Since joining the clan, Fissure, Origami, and the clan's founder spiral dragon Amouress have worked together in battle. He battles hard to protect her, and she supports him with healing magic all the way. Both Guardian and tiny charge have bonded well, even having a clutch together. They share a lair Fissure dug out himself, with Origami and their daughter Venus in a sap nest on the wall.
