Biography

92.png
Long ago, the divine and glorious Lightweaver created a beautiful race of dragons.
The Imperials.
Everything about them was perfect.
They had, and still have, no flaws.
Heretics and naysayers poisoned our kind Mother's mind, and she was forced to abandon us.
In her loneliness, she created another race.
Subdued.
Restrained.
Pathetic.
Now all her love and attention goes to them.
Imperials were first, and are still the most worthy of Mother's warm gaze!
Maybe we are not enough apart, but together we will birth a child so perfect; an embodiment of pure blinding Light, that Mother will be forced to look upon us with favour again!

Sunna and Sol are two Imperials obsessed with righting a delusional wrong by birthing the "perfect" Light Imperial.
Every child that fails to incite a reaction from Lightweaver is considered a failure.
A few hatchlings, namely ones with extraordinary features like shining primal eyes, are given preferential treatment and have a higher ranking in the cult.
Others are considered expendable and are either used as servants or exiled.

Failure was just one of many useless hatchlings and when she was exiled she did not know where to go. She wandered for a long time before meeting Vetrival. She was uncertain at first since he seemed to be such a perfect Light imperial and she was not. However he didn't care about that and was fascinated with her regardless. They fled to the shadowy woods where the pressures of their expectations could be shed. She is proud of her new flight and pleased that her first hatchlings will be protected by the shadows rather than thrust into the harsh light. Sometimes she thinks of returning with her beautiful mate and proving that she is not a failure and that she is worthy of love but she knows that her parents would not give her the love she craves. Nowadays she generally goes by Lure.
