Teeka is Crysthall's beast-master and groundskeeper. She has been a member of the Crysthall registry and staff for a long time now and is considered to be one of the senior guards of the castle. She is very close to Mujaid and Pisces because of their history together and she has a growing affection for the game-master Hunter.

When Teeka first arrived at Crysthall, she was just a brawler passing through. Early into her drakehood, Teeka was snatched up by a fighter's guild and her job was to sell out arenas across the realm with jaw-dropping skirmishes. These fights could consist of just about anything, it was all up to the highest bidder and what they wanted to see. Crysthall was just a resting spot until her next fight.

It was here that Teeka met Carapace, Crysthall's resident healer, and for the first time in many moons, Teeka was out cold. Carapace became her whole life. Together they raised three children, an adopted nest that consisted of Marfire, Mifurey, and Maela. Carapace became a second mother to Teeka's wayward child, Maryaa, and they had plans to travel the world together.

Those plans were cut short when Carapace succumbed to an illness brought on from a remedy she had been experimenting with. Carapace was buried in the center of Crysthall's central garden. Now, Teeka visits the spot every so often to water the winterbelles that have sprung up there.
