Biography
Having come from afar, Amara was battered and seeking shelter. The princess of the kingdom (now Queen in present time) Tanzanite, was the first to find her and personally invited her into her quarters. The medical team was quick the help this strange new dragon with little hesitance. She emanated a sense of power that called deep to other dragons. They were willing to do whatever it took to help. Tanzanite, noticing this strange occurrence, looked deeply into Amara's intentions with a set of trials. By the end, it was clear Amara would cause no unjustified harm to those around her.
As time passed the two became good friends. Tanzanite became Queen and with her, Amara became General of the kingdom's military to stand by her side no matter what. Amara grew to become a is a talented fighter and natural leader. Her confidence and direction led the kingdom's army to win many battles. Amara's followers took great pride in fighting beside her.
One evening during the kingdom's seasonal festival, a fairly prideful and successful advisor visiting from a different kingdom by the name of Midnight approached Amara and asked her to dance. They became the stars of the festival, flying through the sky as stars peeked through the dimming light. She grew attached to his stoic yet gentle demeanor and the two spent much time together. Midnight moved into the kingdom, living with Amara through their romance. Amara became distracted, which worried those closest to her. She had never been so entranced, so reliant. Her independence proved wavering, much to the surprise of many. Midnight was hardly affected by the love Amara had for him yet still he asked her hand, and who was Amara to refuse? The two were married, and Amara left her duties as general to start a family. Midnight took over her military responsibilities.
After the pair's first few hatchlings, Tanzanite chose to take action and confronted Amara. She loved her position as general, and had prior claimed she would never leave, so why leave so willingly? Amara lashed out at the queen in a violent fury and sent the two into a barreling fight outside the castle grounds. She became uncontrollable and was placed in imprisonment by the guard at her mate's command, who earned gratitude from the Queen. Midnight was left to care for the hatchlings and the military. Under Midnight's command, the military grew weak, and many of the original dragons left due to the drastic changes he had made. The hatchlings grew and were trained to defend Midnight unconditionally, however, this plan faltered when king Odin confronted Midnight and was attacked by the hatchlings. They've since been banished from the kingdom, but a sense of freedom washed over them all when they got a certain distance away. They remembered nothing of what occurred their entire lives and left to create new memories.
