While technically being the leader of the clan, she prefers not to be referred to as such. The closest you'll probably get to calling her by a formal title is "Lady Eleanor" or simply "The Founder" and, even then, she might say that you think too highly of her. This little Fae strongly believes that no dragon is above the other and that they are all extremely valuable members of this wonderful family.
"Please, you may call me Eleanor."
She is extremely polite and patient, tackling every issue with a calm and open-minded attitude, making sure to hear everyone's opinion and ready to hear every side of the story. "The perfect leader" many might say. But...is she really that perfect?
Being a leader is an enormous responsibility, and her modesty and selflessness often lead her to be much more preoccupied with the well-being of the others around her rather than herself, which might just be her downfall if she's not careful.
Thankfully, Eleanor is lucky enough to be surrounded by dragons who care about her just as much as she cares about them, who always remind her to take it easy from time to time and who are always by her side, no matter what.
