To argue against Attika's intelligence is a fool's battle. One could say a lot about him, but to truly disavow his intelligence will lead you nowhere. He was appointed as the Lady's advisor for a reason, after all.

Attika is a cold man, caring only for what he deems as objectively true or false, regardless of how his actions affect those around him. It's this mindset that led to the creation of several living experiments- most notably the cyborg C1N-D3R and Orion's altered prosthetics. There are rumors of several experiments that have gone wrong, now pushed under the rug to save his reputation, but there is nothing of this proven for certain. Only one thing is for sure: it is not wise to cross the Advisor's path if you can help it.
