Queen of Greenveil

B I O G R A P H Y

Aurelia was born in the Windswept Plateau within the Murkmarsh - the area separating Skyhelm City from the Scarred Wasteland. Despite growing up in mostly swamps, she was taught good manners and proper behaviour. She mostly helped her parents with the daily tasks and survival in the swamps in her younger years and when she reached the age of eighteen she moved to study biology and science in Skyhelm City.

She took her studies seriously and did her best. She worked at a local inn to sustain herself during those years and pay off her rent. She had no specific goal in mind, but she knew she didn’t plan to stay in the city or return to Murkmarsh. She definitely knew that she wanted to travel though.

When Aurelia finished her studies, she left the Windswept Plateau and traveled to the Viridian Labyrinth to live in a kingdom Greenveil. After a few years of living there, she met the kingdom’s elderly queen. She was interested in the qualities the young tundra dragon would bring to her kingdom. The conversation sparked a friendship between them which after a couple more years resulted in Aurelia becoming her personal assistant. She has served the queen for a decade until she passed away. But before she did, she left the kingdom and the throne to Aurelia, her loyal assistant and most trusted friend as the queen had no other family left or children to inherit her place.

B I O G R A P H Y

The previous queen has passed on much experience to Aurelia in all the years she served her, so she didn’t have much problems managing the kingdom. The kingdom was doing better than ever before, prospering and full of new arrivals. She found love too. A handsome Skydancer named Remedy who is her assistant. She became close friends with most of those who lived in the palace with her. Everything couldn’t be going any better. She had always been kind and understanding, but also stern and could do what needs to be done in the name of her kingdom and loved ones. Now she was also known as a wise and fair queen of their kingdom.

However, as threats of upcoming war were getting closer, she agreed to have a discussion about a possible alliance with a kingdom in the Shifting Expanse - Listera. Their alliance was tried to be sabotaged by a spy, but they found out and the alliance was made in the end. When the war did come eventually, they were ready to assist their allies. Aurelia herself participated, in charge of the airships, powerful ships that looked just like the ones used on water, but were powered by engines and magic to fly in the air, and coordinating her warriors. The war was won. Greenveil didn't suffer any damage due to their location, and things were pretty much just how they were before. She and Remedy decided it was finally time and had three beautiful children, Vapora, Fyrasil and Terranova.
