AURELIUS'S BIOGRAPHY


Aurelius, an aqua colored dragon with sea foam-green wings and an obsidian undertone, has lived in The Wandering Contagion all of her life. When she left her former clan to start her own, she had high hopes. She was always the determined and ambitious type, never wanting to give up.
To her, no challenge is too big nor small. Whatever the hurdle, she can conquer it and more.
Her color was seen as odd by many of the other plague flight dragons, telling her she looked more like a water or wind flight. Most of her former clan were shades of red, gray, black, or dark orange.
She's wondered why her colors looked quite different than the others, though most have told her it was most likely a color defect or mutation. Whatever the cause however, it's never stopped her.

When she first started her clan, she had been out scavenging for food. She would need to develop a good stock of food as well as some trinkets, treasures, gems, and materials for her hoard. She wanted her lair to look inviting to fellow clan members but frightening and intimidating to enemies or opposing flights.
After a long, good fight, she met a red and blue-colored Tundra dragon, another native of The Wandering Contagion. They had a discussion for a while before Aurelius decided to recruit the dragon. This dragon's name is Goblin. Since then, they've been leading the clan quite well, each being the other's half.
For example, Goblin is more of a tank, Aurelius is the damage dealer.
Not long after, Goblin and Aurelius also had a clutch of four eggs together.

HATCHLINGHOOD

As a young hatchling, Aurelius grew up alongside her parents, strong and determined Mirror dragons, as well as her large clan of more than 100 loyal dragons. There was an abundance of different dragon races there, too. Aurelius was born in a clutch of three, being the odd one out. She was much bigger than her siblings, but also distinctly different color-wise. She was a blue-green color, with her siblings being shades of red and yellow.
She had a somewhat sickly gray undertone to her, but as she got older, the sun rays slowly turned her scales lighter and shinier.
She would often run off to the fields surrounding her den and train by herself, attacking piles of rocks and leaves, and occasionally the native wildlife. Very rarely she'd even catch some and bring it back to her clan.
When she reached young adulthood, she left her clan to start her own, but her siblings remained in the same clan, claiming their own duties within it.

PERSONALITY + CHARACTERISTICS

Aurelius tends to be very hot-headed and short-tempered. She is the opposite of laid-back, though when a situation calls for it, she can manage to keep her calm. Still, don't get on her nerves. You'll regret it.

Aurelius can often act quite playful when not being serious and just having time to sit back and relax. She's actually quite fun to be around during this time. On the outside Aurelius looks like a ruthless killing machine with zero mercy for anyone, but really, she does have a playful and fun side.

Aurelius used to be quite the player back in her earlier years, though as she's gotten older she has gotten more serious about things, wanting to find someone who was reliable enough to raise a clutch of eggs with. When she met Goblin, he was able to sustain those needs.

Aurelius does not often sleep too much, being much too alert most of the time. She does take breaks when possible, but it's stressful taking care of an entire clan that's rapidly growing. Sometimes too hard that she barely gets a break to even rest.

BEFRIENDED FAMILIARS

Currently, Aurelius has only befriended one familiar. Jade, an Emerald Webwing whom she met while training one day in the Training Fields. Impressed by her pure skill and power, Jade decided to join her clan permanently.
