Parfest The Carefree Party Animal
Parfest is out there, wild and chaotic, you can see her dash and move, jump and laugh all in a second.
Parfest was an orphan travelling with her brothers den to den hoping to make a home for themselves, her carers were almost always depressed, so she opted to make jokes to cheer her carers up, they never laughed. Parfest eventually grew to a dragon as did the brothers but they were quickly kicked out and made to find a way for themselves with no help. One day her brothers decided to relax in the Tsunami Flats when they were abducted by Wind dragons who swept them off to somewhere, with her anger boiling, she roared out until her voice could not. A dragon came behind Parfest and nudged her, the dragon offered a place for her to stay, Parfest took the offer and rests with the family, hoping to find her brothers.
Parfest quickly joined the Aqua Defenders for her own gain to find whoever stole her brothers and bring them to justice, she focuses on her abilities to out maneuverer her foes and deliver quick slashes and cuts to the enemy
Parfest will party for days to days until she tires out, even if the other dragons are finsihed. when it comes to her in the cave, she'll cause parties that can last for weeks until Hydro promptly shuts them off before they make the cave collapse
