Head Scholar

Berry is the head scholar at the Brightshine Library. A close friend of Astrilla the Snapper librarian, he knows his way around the complex maze of bookshelves the dominates the West half of Sanctuary. As the head scholar, the others often go to Berry for information or help with their studies.
He has rather a soft spot for the hatchlings, and loves to read to them or help them with their homework. As a result, despite his mostly quiet and introverted personality, others view him as a friendly and sociable dragon. While he does enjoy talking about his work, when the interaction with other dragons becomes too much for him, Berry has a habitat of taking days away from clan life, when he'll simply curl up in his room with a good book.
As well as reading, Berry enjoys writing books himself. He often writes about psychology and theories, helped by his mate Strawberry, an enthusiastic philosopher who dabbles in magic.
