Phanta was hatched and raised in the bounty of Nature, but she's always been...a bit odd. While she harbors the nurturing instinct and generous nature expected of her Flight, Phanta from a young age had a morbid fascination with the less-loved side of Nature. She was interested in mushrooms, fungi, worms, decomposers, compost-- the natural process of death, and how it was transformed into new life. While her parents were always supportive, if somewhat confused, the other dragons of her birth Clan found this very offputting. Fellow hatchlings would tease her, saying she ought to be in the Plague flight, and Phanta never quite understood why they seemed to dislike her so much. She had one good friend, though: Leviat, who despite their grouchy nature was always tolerant of Phanta's oddnesses. Once Phanta was old enough to strike out on her own, she and Leviat set off together to found a new clan, and quickly began attracting misfits and oddballs from all over Sorneith. Today, Phanta is often found doing excited little flips in midair and staring blankly into the distance, chirping at nothing. She's a weird little critter, even by fae standards, but we love her anyway. 		Bewitching Ruby Grasp
