In the depths of the Inner Court of the clan of the Forgotten Earth, you will find a truly thriving rose garden. Even in the often-intense and blustery winds, the roses seem to glow with a certain arcane magic. You can only assume that a great arcanist dragon is the caretaker of these glorious blooms. And yet, when you meet the gardener, he is not as you expected. A decadently dressed Plague Imperial towers above you, staring into the depth of these magical roses, whispering to them. He looks as though he is listening for a response in return. And yet, despite the strangeness, he welcomes you to his realm, and offers you a tour.

S T O R Y

Isokel was born an odd little hatchling. The child of two gardeners struggling to grow flowers and crops in the Scarred Wasteland, he found his passion in the cultivation of roses, even growing them on himself in little experiments. But over time, he began to notice strange things about the flowers he cared for. In the bite of their thorns and the opening of their petals, he began to see worlds outside of his own, places far beyond Sornieth. Sometimes, the beings on the other side would speak to him, and he would discover new things beyond his understanding.

These voices and visions awakened a new sense of desire to see places beyond his birthplace in Plague Flight, and he left home to seek new sights in the world, carrying his roses with him. After many years of wandering, he found himself near the bubbling springs of Singer's Brook, among the Forgotten Earth Clan, where he was welcomed for the knowledge and wisdom he had gained on his journeys. He resides in the Inner Court, where he may cultivate his roses in peace, and found a mate in the beautiful librarian Awen. Even now, the roses speak to him, calling, despite his best efforts to push them aside and be content where he is.
