Traits:

• Strictly follows the path of a seer.
• Reticent and stubbornly meditative. Not easily stirred.
• Heeds a conscious within her that she believes is spiritual guidance. She calls it "the murmuring".
• She spends most of her time quiet, listening to it.
• Confides in it to determine her decisions, including answering another's question.
• She claims she can hear it better when near a source of water, including heavy clouds. The effect is amplified by electricity, earning the seer her name.
• Doesn't engage in "petty" magic, which is basically any spell that's used for anything other than saving a life; although she can be persuaded to do supportive spells such as refreshing the Fortress water supply.
• Needs an escort to help her when moving around. According to her, it's less that she has a blindfold and more that her focus is split between two worlds. She is also frail due to her sedentary habits.
• Insensitive to those who frequently bother her or are hostile.
• Spends most of her time gazing down at a reflecting pool underground that the Fortress miners accidentally discovered. The pool, strangely, reflects light, even though the cavern itself is dark.
• Disinterested in material comforts such as food, treasure, or soft bedding. Despite starving her body, her mind is still strong. She does sleep on a few pillows now and then, at Frostforge's insistence, and fledglings and hatchlings take turns delivering food and tending to her. It's usually used as discipline, but also as a vehicle to teach patience and respect.

Roles: A seer who reads the skies, geysers, and seas. She makes frequent pilgrimages to the Wastes' shorelines to meditate and read the images there.
Skills: Aside from being a seer, Thunderherald is an efficient Water mage. Despite the parched, scorched landscape the Ashfall Waste offers, she can still summon enough water to sufficiently drown any fire-aligned creature or enforce ice ones. She will also not hesitate to weaponize it by using the heat to her advantage, scalding anyone who both antagonizes her and is worth the mana cost.
