He is Trevor's older brother.

Story
Lillian and Kylo were out on a walk during the Thundercrack Carnivale when they found him. He and his brother was scampering around the Fairgrounds, trying to find his stuffed gladekeeper doll. They offered to help the two coatls look, and when they couldn't find the toy, Kylo mentioned that they had a similar toy in their lair. Eric then spoke up, saying that his mom and dad weren't able to take care of him and his brother, and had left them here to find an adoptive clan. So the Skydancers took the coatls to their clan, and they was given a home among the FrostSpire Gardens, and a new toy to replace the one he lost.
