Primary Role
(Description of Role) "Even the darkest, festering decay can produce something of utmost beauty." I am one of the many sons of the Plaguebringer, as a young hatchling I was led to believe that my role was to spread fettering disease so the Mother could touch every part of Sornieth no matter how great or small. That was till I was found by the Scatterbolt clan and saved from the corruption of decay before could taint my heart completely. It is there I met an exquisite imperial dragoness named Rubella, who I would take as a mate as I matured into adulthood. If it had not been for Rubella and her patient, gentle and nurturing nature I may not have overcome my own darkness. It was hard enough to comprehend at first that this vision of beauty when she stood before me for the very first time. I always equated my fractured, misshaped scales to be caused by the seed of decay all Plague children are born with. I had no reason to believe otherwise, until this point in my young life. It was with the Scatterbolt clan or I should say more pointedly, Rubella, that I learned compassion, kindness and that my skewed view of the world around me did not have to be the way I lived my life. That I did not have to be the bringer of disease, the bearer of Plague, that I could learn to cultivate life instead of potentially destroying it. This was a concept that I was slow to learn, Rubella tended the gardens within the clan grounds and has a great gift for cohering even the most stubborn of seeds to sprout. I feat that many marvel over given her heritage as a daughter of the Stormcaller. Many said in teasing admiration that Rubella was born into the wrong clan, that she should have been the daughter of the Gladekeeper.
