A cowled face swivels around to face you as you walk into the lab. The walls are lined with shelves holding an assortment of glass jars, books, rocks, bones... and dried animal parts?

Don't touch my samples. A gruff voice barks at you from within the depths of the cowl. Scoffing, the tundra returns to a hunched position at a long table, fiddling around with vials of chemicals.

Iben is the clan's biochemist. He specializes in studying plants and venoms, hoping to formulate antidotes from samples he collects- and perpetually in need of more species to observe and experiment with.

He has a lot of things to do and places to be, and they're way more important than whatever you peasants are up to. You probably wouldn't understand. And he can't waste precious time telling you about it.




Iben is one of my most precious and loved babies because he was given to me by a wonderful, dear friend who I hold deep in the shriveled and frozen depths of my heart. ; ___ ;
