Biography

Capsize is a siren. Her magic came to her when her ship was pulled underwater by Maren (though at the time and to this day, it is still believed to have been due only to the storm). She was young, but rather than eat her, the Maren chose to train her.

Of course she first had to drown.

When the air left her lungs they filled her back up with magic. The piles of gems her ship was carrying held one Moonstone-her charge-and even now she guards it, aiding Maren in sinking ships whose crew have only lust and greed in their hearts.
