Traumbeere (Dreamberry) is a Spiral with a (not so) secret passion: he LOVES berries. Some dragons have been known to say Traumbeere looks like a big berry himself, which he tends to take as a compliment. Traumbeere spends most of his time either in Fimbrethil's gardens, where he plants berry bushes and cares for them under her watchful eye, or out in the woods, crawling through bushes and gathering berries. Those berries he manages not to eat as a snack on the way he'll bring back with him and either hand over to Amadeo (who knows how to bake the tastiest berry cakes and tarts by now), or to make juice of himself. Traumbeere has become quite gifted at making the best berry juice, though there have been incidents where the berries he used were a little bit too ripe and all dragons who drank from his juice ended up singing loudly (and off tune), being a bit too merry, behaving strangely, and waking up with a mean headache afterwards (thanks to Brygid keeping a close eye on him as a result, there have been no repeats of said incidents so far).

On his forays into the woods, Traumbeere, who is an easygoing and friendly kind of dragon, tends to make friends easily which has resulted in various critters following him home and becoming his companions for a while. His closest and constant companion is a red-eyed tree frog, who likes to be carried around and always tends to sit on Traumbeere's wing, his back, or his head. It was also out in the woods where Traumbeere met his mate, Waldsonne (Forestsun), a tiny Fae who spends most of her time in the woods, too, chirping merry songs only she herself understands and sunbathing on leaves. While Waldsonne has no special liking for berries (though she may be persuaded to drink some berry juice, if Traumbeere made it), Traumbeere amuses her and she has grown to love his happy, carefree, and almost childlike nature (it doesn't hurt that he loves hearing her sing, either).
