Jacobs is very well-mannered, respectful, and polite. He is extremely courteous and affable to both beastclan and fellow dragons alike. He states that he does not like to speak because of the melancholy and pensive nature of the 'victims of the disease', and that they do not react well to conversation. Despite this he is fluent in many languages.
It is unknown why Jacobs believes that he must eradicate this disease, or what the disease truly is. What is known is that for the past few years Jacobs has acted has Kage no Sekai's healer.
Jacobs often disappears from the clan for extended periods of time, because of this he took Finka as his apprentice, so that whenever he wants to leave he can do so knowing that Kage no Sekai still has a healer of sorts.
