"Follow me, Voyager, for l see what you desire the most glowing at the end of this path"



There's a strange wood, far beyond the Domain, where voyagers come to find the Answer to their questions. Here lives a strange being; not quite Spirit, not quite Dragon. If you're brave enough, you will perform a ritual to invoke her.

Here, by the first light of the morning, you'll make a circle of amber and ruby, in the middle of which you'll burn 3 branches coming from 3 different Great Trees. Protect the fire until the day dies, but be careful; the woods are inhabited by dangerous creatures. You'll most likely perish before laying your eyes on Her.

When Dusk finally falls, when the glow of the last ember dies under the Stars.... She'll find you. And if you're worthy, you might survive this encounter.
You will follow her into a shadowy maze of Great Trees. By the light of her Golden Lantern, one path will enlighten, so you may reach towards the Answers your heart truly seeks.

Bare in mind one thing, however; Knowledge is Power, and you might be too weak to bare it. You might not like what you see; for the Answer will reflect on your deepest desires, as vile and crooked as they might be. If you're not strong enough, the Forest will claim you. Your spirit will become fuel, consumed by the flames of her Lantern, and your body will return to the Soil.

Countless were the young fools that claimed knowing they would find a great and noble Answer to their quest, and ended up betrayed by their cowardly hearts.
Countless were the pretentious sages, persuaded to find nobility and wisdom, their mind destroyed when confronted to the truth of their pathetic distorted minds.
