The prodigy, the Apprentice, the young skydancer Asteroid is mentored by the great master librarian Basorexia. No one knows where this strange and extremely intelligent skydancer came from, only that he appeared one night on the doorsteps of the majestic library, greatly wounded and barely holding on the the warmth of life. He recovered remarkably fast for a hatchling and was raised along side Turquoise almost like a brother, the son of the librarian, and taught the ways of the power of knowledge.

Though intelligent and clever, Asteroid has a hard time expressing his emotions. He seems almost... Too distracted to show them, as if someone is always speaking to him, and he's always listening. Or maybe there's something holding him back, wrapping chains around his mind and pinning him down. He seems to know more than he himself knows.

Unlike his 'father' and 'brother', Asteroid resides in a hidden room deep beneath the library and tangled within an ever changing labyrinth. Though, he never seems to ever go inside it, rumored to only hide his unimaginable amount of treasure or priceless scrolls and books. He seems to also not even sleep, and is often seen staring at the sky in a blank trance with a normal, unreadable expression on his face and eyes clouded. Though sometimes a flash of interest sparks in them when something happens in the deep and blank abyss.
