A talented engineer hailing from the heights of the Tempest Spire, Reh resides and works in Ice as part of a multi-disciplinary initiative to adapt the amenities found in Lightning's homes and businesses to all regions of Sornieth. She volunteered for the project as an eager young electrical engineer fresh out of technical schooling, and has not regretted it once. Although members of the working group who were sent to more hospitable climes feel she drew a short straw, with how inhospitable Ice can be, Reh herself does not agree.

Since sending her last annual progress report, she has finished concept testing, and with the help and support of the local forgemaster and the clan's Earth-Speaker, begun running piping with hot and cold water through the lair, so that it can be readily at hand for the use of residents. Modulating temperature of the water has been tricky, but her research into runic glyphs has proved invaluable. Her own personal quarters have also been wired with basic lighting, and she hopes to expand the scope of her project exponentially over the course of the next eight solar years. An acceptable outcome, especially given that her counterpart in the Shrieking Wilds is still attempting to solve the problem of roots busting into all his copper fittings.
