Traits:
Due to the swirl of his eyes, Rairi cannot fly. The swirling pupils bend and panoramize the world around him, and he often doesn't venture out from his cave. He also is hesitant to leave his lair due to teasing and mean comments on his eyes he received as an adolescent, and these comments really stuck with him. He's really happy about being bio-luminescent due to his fear of dark spaces, and has made light as incorporated into his life as possible. Even his clothing glows. He's primarily a plant eater, but he's not picky due to his caving lifestyle. He likes to explore and make bright little underground dens for dragons who prefer to keep to themselves.
It has been years since he's seen the sky.

- Skittish - his first instinct is to fear what he cannot clearly see as a result of his experience caving. He's an expert on Sornieth's supernatural denizens, and often prefers to respectfully disengage if at all possible for his own safety. If faced with dragonkind, he will be the very same way with the as well.
