Meadowspurn

When the berry bushes are overgrown and the underbrush is too thick to allow for easy travel through the woods, it is time for burning. Far from a force of destruction, fire renews the land, clearing dead debris and dropping the elements of it back into the soil.

Without fire the hills grow weedy, the grasses become overrun with pests, and the underbrush piles up, creating a ticking time bomb waiting for an errant lightning strike or draconic sneeze to explode into an inferno far out of control.

Enter Meadowspurn. She wanders over the hills and fields, breathing in the heady scents of berry bushes full to bursting and blooming fruit trees. When she drifts over areas in need of renewal, embers drop among the dry dead grass and fallen leaves glowing with a heat that spreads and grows to flame. And she moves on, leaving the fires of life spreading behind her.
