A living relic of a past long forgotten to history. Despite being one of the few of a group of dragons brought into society successfully, he's a true blooded Wild-born dragon straight to the core. His Wild-born status has many question his motives and if he can indeed be trusted, a task he's since laid to rest for those that swear loyalty to him. He's been a strict yet fair ruler, the plights of the weak coming well before his own needs. His eyes, though dripping with a strange fluid as if in a constant state of melting, grant him Soul Reading. The puddles he creates revealing the intentions of those that come before him and allowing the processes of justice be carried out swiftly when needed. In battle, he lets his Wild-born soul free to lay waste to those that would dare assault his kingdom and peoples. Unbridled fury and elemental power of the shadows surges through his veins and ripples the air around him like disturbed water during a quake. The dripping ooze from his eyes has rendered him physically blind and yet still he sees all. He is able to detect everything around him via the natural aura all things emanate, the world before him is a seemingly spectral realm of energy halos and glittering shapes. One of his gifts is that of Far Seeing and Oracle Reading, the latter more of a debasement of those born to Water. Far Seeing allows him to track and commune with those, specifically the Queen, from remote locations or seek out objects and targets. This gift has made him a deadly and formidable hunter as he can use it, quite literally, on the fly while facing the risk of crashing into something or being ambushed. By allowing the sludge that makes up is eyes to overflow and pool upon a surface, favoring silver or a bowl made of diamond, Oracle Reading can reveal many strange things. Unlike a true Oracle's gift, it reveals the twisted and deranged of an individuals character; their inner most demons. Whether an individual acts upon their most vile of nature or not, it can't be hidden from him. He can also see the many ways events may end, large and small alike, in disaster. A young dragon's hatch day may end in death and destruction of an entire city or a merchant may find his fortune gone and his family stolen away to lands unknown.
