The name 'TANITHE' is of Semitic Origin and means 'serpent'.

Ordered by the Council to aid Angani in setting up her own Lair, Tanithe, as an respected, reliable and hard working attendant to the council court, immediately complied and dutifully fulfilled his tasks helping the quite carefree new Clan Leader.

While Tanithe himself is very down-to-earth, his new chief is very unpredictable and he worried not to seldom if she could really lead a clan. Making it his responsibility to ensure Angani succeeded, he offered her to be her first mate, to sire her first kids, that would be princes and princesses of the new Clan, and would grow up learning the ropes of how a Clan worked, eventually being able to help their mother out. Even if Tanithe himself might not be there to do so anymore.

Angani was quite taken aback by such a proposal and did not want to talk to Tanithe for days. Tanithe, on the other side, made every effort to make it up with Angani, even going as far as to dig out his deeply burried charms to sway her into forgiving him.
He unexpectedly for both of them swayed her so much, that they soon had three eggs to take care of.

Two princes and one Princess hatched from these eggs. The youngest, Gavril, after being mobbed because he was born with quite girly colors, had been trained by his parents in order to be a worthy knight in service of the Windsinger. Devec, the oldest, was never one to take on lots of responsibility or lead anyone and left the Clan after a few years. The only girl in the mix, Sharra, however is now a reliable Crown Princess.

This was the only time though, that both, Tanithe and Angani 'joined forces' to create new life. After that, they merely talked to each other, taking in more and more dragons, having some flings, caring for and making their clan even larger and larger.

After Tanithe's guilty concience and Angani's stubborness had worn off though, after some time, they pulled themselves together. They dected the deep connection they still shared, beyond the Clan and their kids, and in the end they mated for live, devoted as much to each other as to the ever growing hord of dragons that joined their Clan along the way.
