Biography

Wavebinder is an eccentric old mystic, given to esoteric prattling and eerie grins that confuse and worry most observers. He is not dangerous unless provoked, but his habits and actions are at least partially cultivated to keep people from bothering or attacking him.

He reads the waves to see the future and bends water to his will, both to attack and heal. He's not one to seek out company, but should you choose to spend time in his presence without forcing conversation or bothering/interrupting him, he'll warm up to you. Eventually.
