B I O G R A P H Y

Glacie was born in the harsh and unforgiving world of the Southern Icefield. Abandoned in a snowy cave, by some miracle she survived through the cold. As she emerged from her egg, the frost spread over her body, shielding her and marking her with eternal snow. As luck-or fate-would have it, a patrol of Gaolers smelled the little Skydancer. They originally wanted to dispose of her, but then noticed the mark of the ice upon her. They took her to the Stronghold, and raised her as a warrior, naming her Glacie, meaning 'blessed by frost'. As she grew, she proved to be quite adept at physical combat. What's more, she showed excellent potential for magic. She was turning into a deadly warrior, who was capable of hunting, protecting, and killing.

Unfortunately, the Gaolers that raised her died protecting the Icewarden from a escaped Shade-creature, who made Glacie go mad. She left the stronghold, raging across the Cloudscrape Crags, bringing a cloud of deadly frost wherever she went. Finally, she was snapped out of the spell by the very Icewarden, who called her back to the stronghold. As Glacie bowed before the Icewarden, the deity explained why he had called her back. After the Shade-creature was nearly able to attack him, he was shaken, and decided to impart a great secret to her. As four other dragons were led into the great throne room, the Icewarden imparted a great power onto each of them.

The Icewarden explained that the very essences of the deities were split into special stones that embodied a part of a god. They consisted of Body, Influence, Consciousness, Aura, and Power. If all of these stones were destroyed, a deity, and perhaps their element-would cease to exist(I'll talk about this process somewhere lol). The Icewarden decided to give these stones to these mere dragons, to keep him safer and less easier to kill. Glacie received the Power stone, which imparted a godlike amount of magic into Glacie, coupled with superb physical combat. The moment Icewarden gave them these stones, he vanished...yet the chosen ones could still feel his presence guiding them.
