During their Sending ceremony, this dragon will be ritually prepared and sacrificed in order to commit their souls to the Ones Apart, whom they will serve for a predetermined period before being born again in the mortal realm, hopefully in a worthier form. Until then, they will be raised as any other hatchling, though they will be barred from participating in the Order’s most sacred rituals. Without the intervention of an outsider, there is little chance of escape...
