B I O G R A P H Y

Spiritrise was born to be a warrior, in a literal sense. His early life was pretty much the same as for all The Chosen. He trained hard and was greatly skilled by the time he left his home. He did not make any long lasting friendships and so traveled alone. He didn't mind it as his mission was simply to spread the word of Arenji. However through his travels through various kingdoms and towns he saw a different kind of life he had never seen at home. The community dragons had and the way they lived was quite different.

After some time he started to feel the need to settle down, find some place he belongs. He was staying in Greenveil at the time and decided why not give it a go here. The environment was favorable and the Queen welcomed him with interest. He would offer to became a warrior of the kingdom and serve her as personal guard of those in the castle. There was some discussion around it due to his origins and what he is, but his offer was accepted.

Since then he lived in the castle as well and even occasionally helped to train other young warriors, having great amount of experience and gained much respect. He managed to make friends with the residents as well, especially poor blind Cassie. He helped her in the gardens where he could. She had a sweet personality and voice that was like music to him. It was great news to him that after the meeting that forged the alliance with the Lightning kingdom, Listera, their royal mages Vega and Ruby used their revolutionary cure, Eurynomia, to cure her blindness. He was so happy that she could see him for the first time.

____The predicted great war had come some time later. The allied kingdoms all participated in it as agreed. Spiritrise did as well, on the battlefield. Cassie had wished him luck before they left, longing in her eyes. He promised her he would come back. He would stay true to the promise as they had won the war with little casualties to Greenveil. Life in the kingdom returned to normal pretty quickly as they were far from where all the action had happened.

In a spell conjured by Lexa, former Queen of the Melohn, many young dragons have been imbued with the energy and power of the all powerful Arenji. After a deadly and dangerous ritual, previously colorful and beautiful dragons' pelts and scales were consumed by a darkness that went straight to their core. Seeing these shadowed monsters, Arenji then wrote across their flanks in glowing runes to signify their power. Now they are soldiers of Arenji, here to serve and protect as well as spread the word of Arenji to new clans.

While most of the Melohn's children are taught to blend in, The Chosen children go through a different sort of training. With enhanced strength and speed they prove themselves to be capable of great feats and often go on to participate in massive battles where they turn out victorious. With their ability to manipulate and walk through the shadows, they also have proven adept at stealth missions, making this species the ultimate soldier and the perfect assasin to infiltrate or aid any clan. With little to no moral code other than the will of Arenji, they can do what must be done.
