An Astral of unparalleled knowledge and the creator of the original primal beasts. He is withdrawn and considered an outsider by the Astral high council, which only further shuns him from his peers. Despite this, there are no doubts surrounding the credibility of his research.
Lucilius suffers from an inferiority complex, due to being a flawed copy of the Dawn Speaker, Helel ben Sahar. However, he has been left in the dark about this fact and all Lucilius is aware of is that he longs to feel complete. His own troubles led to the creation of Lucifer, who is a beacon of hope for skydwellers, primals, and Astrals alike. Although one may describe Lucilius as bland, he has an entirely different side of himself that few bear witness to. He is fully capable of using his wit to make jokes (although they are typically sarcastic in nature) and his intellect to read others' emotions for the purpose of consoling them. He has a softer, cuter side as well, leading to him enjoying his coffee with lots of sugar and milk, something he detests bringing up in conversation.
His resentment for the world he was born into caused him to betray everyone he ever knew, aside from a select few. One of these was Beelzebub, a fellow Astral who had quite the history with Lucilius. Beelzebub promised Lucilius that he would make his dream come true, no matter the cost. Even when Lucilius repented at the hands of Lucifer, his plans continued to march forward, forevermore.
In eternal sleep, he continued to plot the grand finale for the world... until he was awoken once again.
...Needless to say, awakening when you thought there would not be a world to wake up to is disorienting, and Lucilius is currently less than pleased.
