Ski Jumping - As Vlieger flew off the ramp and into the sky, he couldn't help but think that he was born for ski jumping. He always loved being as high in the air as possible, which fits with his roots as a Wind dragon. He thought there was something so freeing about just soaring through the air, without flying or anything, and just letting yourself fall back to the ground again.

cloudsong celebration (mistjam 21)

~It was Vlieger's first Mistral Jamboree, and being that he was a Wind dragon himself, he was rather excited. He took his time just to take in all of the sights, sounds, and smells before flying up to the Cloudsong with the rest of his clan. He decided to be methodical and take a look around at all of the booths and activities before deciding what to do first. He could hardly wait to get started.

~Disappointed that the festival was ending, but wiped out by the busy week's activities, Vlieger and Charybdis decided to take their last day fairly easy. They spent the majority of the day buying souvenirs for clanmates that couldn't tag along, such as some paper lanterns decorated with Wind flight colors and symbols for Willo, some packets of seeds from flowers native to the Windswept Plateau for Wilt, and a set of jade teacups for Midnight. They also watched a few more performances from some of the Cloudsong's most talented dragons, including a particularly memorable one from an eccentric Ridgeback. She demonstrated some very impressive archery skills, even shooting an apple straight off her own head (which gave Charybdis a few incredibly irresponsible ideas).
