Daemon is exactly what it says on the tin: Everyone's average bad maw of the clan. He is almost like a dispensable bag of insults and terrible puns to annoy his neighboring clanmates or dragons outside the Galesweeper Tribe, and is an excellent gossip partner of Kalyn. He also packs quite a scratch and bite when fighting in the battlefield, earning fear from opponents whom had ever fought him claws, teeth, or weaponry.

Despite this, he still holds an amount of respect to others who wish to know him beyond his facade, including his matriarch and a caretaker who took him in when he was a lonely hatchling. Born frail and sick, his parents grew worried about their son's future. Instead of leaving him to die, they sent him to a nest taker in a nearby Wind tribe, entrusting her to nurse him back to health and raise him in a safer environment.

He was left with a red birdskull necklace, a plague runestone and a sackdoll resembling himself, to remind him of his roots, and to encourage him to live his life to the fullest. He had also met the Snapper dragon Nadia during the span of his youth and gradually became friends with her. As he ages toward adulthood, Daemon has also found a mate; A coatl much larger than him and also would normally be regarded as an outcast due to her pale white hide and feathers. She is Lethe.

Rumors say that his circuit patterns contain blood that flows from his very own vessels. That or it is a blessing bestowed from the Plaguebringer herself upon his hatching.
