Biography

Within the dense fog, eight pearlcatchers are readying their spiked tendrils to put an end to this gray imperial. The moment that the ringleader finishes his statement regarding records, all of them jumped into the air and sent their tendrils aimed towards the dragon.

Within a split second from contact, a loud boom along with the sounds of clang echoed, giving everyone a surprised look on their faces. This imperial possesses four wings, with three (two of which are transparent) on one side and one on the other. The three wings each blocked several tendrils from their respective sides that they moved into place, with North, South, and East of the dragon protected. The sole wing on the other side transformed into a rather large odd shape that looked like a combination of both a halberd and shield. The Imperial seemed unfazed and rather focused as his eyes slowly dart from one pearlcatcher to another. Then, the grey wings pulled into, only to explode right back out, pushing everyone away from it and creating a smoke in its place, concealing the imperial from view. Then a voice came from the fog.

“Who are you… Zealots? Otherwise, further transgressions will result no further talks”

The ringleader let off some words until he stopped onto the ground, several meters away more than the other pearlcatchers, some of which who are clumped up next to each other in front of the smokescreen. Several seconds passes and one of the zealots raises its pearl to its face and opened its mouth to begin an incantation. Sadly, he did not get the chance.

As the zealot started, a claw burst out of the dust, grabbed the pearl in its hand, and with such momentum, proceeded to smash said object into zealot’s mouth and slamming the pearlcatcher headfirst into the ground on its back. At the same time as this was happening, as the pearl was getting slammed, the sole wing of the imperial had changed into a piercing lance of three and pierced straight through an another pearlcatcher as the imperial exited the dust cloud, glaring at the others. With two down in an instant, the imperial proceeds to tail slap, claw, and block their attacks with his odd wings at incoming pearlcatchers who managed to regain their composure.

About thirty seconds of combat later, one has jumped high into the sky, wings spread, and with very large spectral blade in front of the ringleader, it flies down hard towards its enemy. Only for his plan of action to just stop in midair, as his three wings, no… two (The outer and inner… not its middle wing), blocked his blade. Then the middle wing which was spread slightly above the ringleader’s blade, gave a little translucent glean, before it came down, breaking its blade into nothingness and cracking its pearl, and finishing its path by slashing through its front torso. Luckily, it did not completely tear its body apart, but deep enough to severely wound him. Then the other two wings that had blocked its attack, proceeded to simultaneously slam the leader to the ground.

With its leader out of commission, the imperial jumped straight into the group of leftover pearlcatchers and thus another dust cloud sprouted up, concealing everything once again. However, there was some snippet moments where the zealots were using their breath abilities, thus revealing what appears to be shadows in the cloud, where the imperial is completely annihilating everyone. Its wings contendingly changing from shield to piercing lances, the numbers of pearlcatchers left is dwindling rapidly. As the sounds of combat and roars slowly die down, then everything becomes quiet… until the ringleader regains its consciousness, as it slowly attempts to claw away with such grievous wounds.

The Imperial slowly exited the fog and with his sole wing slowly changing into a lance of three, he ended his action, which resulted in his scream and final questioning of who he is. The zealot’s question came unanswered as the Imperial unapologetically gave a statement regarding his one and only question, before ending the life of the ringleader. Then the Imperial entered the dense fog which again came up once more, hiding him until he completely disappeared out of sight.

Meanwhile… within the darkened black halls, a dark-robed dragon walked through until it came across a massive double-door with a “V” etched on both sides. Then it opened without any actions, allowing the mysterious dragon through, only to meet another dragon within the darkness as the green eyes gleam in the dark.

“Miss, our scouts have failed, however we did find something rather interesting,” the robed dragon spoke. The green eyes narrowed, before a claw came out, allowing the dragon to proceed. It pulls out a blacken pearl, with a vision of the entire combat that revealed the grey imperial.
“Interesting…” the unknown voice within the darkness spoke at last. “So, he is heading that way then. Cursed that damned witch. His appearance seemed to match an old record which will pose a problem. Send word that the time has been cut shorter than usual and to begin the ritual process, but only start when I have arrived.”
The robed dragon nodded and exited the chamber, with distorted maddened cackling echoing in the background from the unknown voice, and the door finally closed.
