Deep in the Willowwisp Grove, a small tapping sound could be heard. To most it was a sound that would be easily dismissed, but to Kawa and Ora it maked their entry into parenthood. They waited eagerly for their babies to emerge. Finally, one by one, they began to hatch.

Kawa and Ora knew they would not be able to look after their babies forever and searched in hope of a new home for their brood. For this young one, they chose Therene to watch over and love their baby

One fateful Sunday, this little hatchling was set to travel to her new home. Her travel had been delayed. It seemed that her new caretaker was a bit busy. She started to worry that she might have been forgotten. Thankfully, Therene was reminded of her and immediately asked the clan's matriarch, Alex, to meet the new addition to their family.

"Why can't you go get her yourself?" Alex wasn't in the best mood. Ever since they moved into a mighty lair of the Wispywillow Grove, Therene had been restless trying to cycle dragons. The spiral was getting tired of having to sort everyone sleeping quarters were.

"Because..." Therene glanced at the impatient spiral, hiding a smile. "You are the matriarch. It is part of your duty to welcome newcomers and---" The caretaker paused. There was new nest recently occupied. "There goes Gaea and Uranus. I have to check on them. Take care on your travels, Alex." Therene ran to the nesting ground to check on the eggs.

With a sigh, Alexandra flew towards the meeting point. Her purple eyes scanned the crossing. She was only given one treasure. It was something Alexandra has always frowned upon. Dragons cost more than one treasure, she gritted her teeth as she pushed away her disdain at the caretaker's cheap tendencies. She couldn't blame her. The expansion had cost them to lose a lot of elder dragons. A few had been exalted and others were sold. Her own mother was exalted. She only wished this new hatchling will be treated more fairly.

"H--hi..." the 3-day old hatchling cautiously approached Alex.The spiral turned her head and stared at the little coatl for a long time. "You look like..." she was thinking of Asher. One of the elder coatls in the lair. It dawned on her that this hatchling would become the mate of the silken coatl.
