''There are those who would say, that if beautiful i wasn't...'' ''...then my image they would see, in tales of horrors to scare the kids.''. ''Every treasure belongs to someone, or rather, used to belong. Ever considered what could have happened to those who leave behind treasures?'' ''I could say a few have meet a fate below the waves, as to why could it be you may ask? well...a few of those heard a beautiful sound, and then perished as they sank underwater.'' Backstory ____Of unknown birth and past, Gaaf moved into the nest of the Empress already showing quite a few capabilities. Able to produce peculiar sounds unlike most of her race that resulted slightly euphoric to some dragons, producing a semi-hipnotic trance at times on those who concentrated too much on it. ____Gaaf arrived to the nest of the Empress rather cheerful of having a new home. Gaaf wasn't exactly popular in her own nest, seen as a creature who brought misery to those near her, but of course she was still a beautiful creature who had a magnificent way of using words and resulted very eloquent, so she had her ways of making people like her. ____Still, regardless of this, Gaaf seems to have a few very dark tones to her personality and to her story, but she keeps it all underwraps. She enjoys telling tales about herself, describing herself as something to be feared, something that doesn't seem to be too farfetched sometimes. Gaaf seems to respect the Empress, the reason why is not exactly known as Gaaf seems to feel no respect for no one else, do, apparently it has to do with her abilities not working on progenitors... reason why it seems she respects Lun as well. Likings ____Gaaf seems to enjoy often singing to herself, but the way she sings is by producing sounds, the same peculiar sounds that seem to mesmerize others who hear her. Gaaf is extremely proud of her own abilities, for example that she is able to understand rather well what others say, do she sometimes gets a little confused or doesn't quite understand it properly. She loves all food that comes from the sea. She loves the sea itself. She seems to find some sort of strange joy out of mesmerizing others, as well as making those who anger her pay for it...very heavily. Dislikings ____She hates to hear others singing, always forcing herself in the middle when someone else is singing and starting to sing herself instead. She hates people who she considers boring or uninteresting and she hates fae's quite a bit (she can't understand them properly, which frustrates her a lot). She hates when people interrupt her singing, and also hates that she isn't made to 'sing' outside the nest since her songs affect others, but she tolerates this last one for lack of better options. Personality ____Gaaf always comes out as a very elegant and cheerful lady with an undying love for singing, but that only hides a rather spiteful and priful nature. Gaaf's smile turns into a frown as quickly as it takes for her to go from singing to cursing because someone interrupted her, Usually she is a very charming lady who has many beautiful words to say to others, but once angered she becomes a factory of venomous words full of spite and then just leaves without wasting anymore of her breath, prefering to dodge conflict by just leaving most of the time after a while of throwing out curses. She's also known to be vengeful and to hold grudges for quite a bit. Some extra details ____Gaaf has affintiy for the water element, and so her magic displays in the form of being able to control any source of water. her natural color makes her impossible to be seen while flying, at least from the underside, as the patterns visible along her back, tail and wings is rather easy to see. ''many have perished under the waves, not even the most powerful armor could protect them'' ''My voice is a much better instrument than this, by a long shot, is not even a question'' ''I once broke one of these as i saw an image on it that i didn't really like. I think it had the image of another like me, which i mistook for being a representation of myself, and since i didn't consent to such i broke it'' ''So many tales and legends...soon i'll have my own, my name shall be feared by many and my voice will be remembered as a bad omen.
