<backstory>
The adopted child of Lichen and Gravel, this little rat is strategically unhinged, magically inert, and surprisingly intelligent when they want to be, and both their moms are incredibly proud of them for it. They lookup to Oaken as sort of an older sister and best friend, and even though their parents aren't on too good terms with each other they are all very happy with the friendship between the two. They almost always find the planning phase of a project to be more fun than the execution and payoff of it, and can often be found carrying around a backpack full of various notebooks and trinkets. The instant they found out about programming, they became so invested people thought they were dead for two weeks until they slithered out of the crawlspace, devoured three pounds of raw meat, and scuttled back in to continue their project. Lichen, who saw the whole thing, was torn between horrified, concerned, and viciously proud of her daughter.
