He is the second in command in the Maemae Maid Service. He is a huge germaphobe and hates to get dirty. He uses gloves whenever he cleans and washes his claws at least ten times a day. He tends to stay inside and hates getting wet. He sometimes ventures to the Windswept Plateau and the Sea of a Thousand Currents; but prefers to be indoors.

He was found as a hatchling trying to get out of the rain. He soon became attached to Unfading and went into the Maid Service, not only for himself, but for the good of the clan. He is a pretty boy in the clan and cares greatly about his looks, even more than his mate Kaja. Sometimes other dragons mess with him by touching him with dirty claws. Amelia reprimands them soon after.

Wandering the clans lair at night, Gypsum thought he saw something sparkle near the entrance. Once there it disappeared, and he wondered if it was ever there in the first place. Every night he'd sleep closer and closer to the entrance and finally caught the Lux spectre. It was frightened at first but warmed up to him after catching her countless nights. Stella can now be found tricking other dragons, but always comes to Gypsum to sleep and play.
