Forging takes passion, skill, imagination. To prove it to you, let's go back in time to when forging was lifeless.
One day, in the Great Furnace, Flamecaller was watching her children, hard at work forging weapons and armors. But there was something dull and lifeless about the work, each came out the same. Sure, it was polished, forged metal, but it was dull and lifeless nonetheless. The more Flamecaller thought about this, the more she realized something; it was wrong of dragons that harnessed the brightness and scorching blaze to be dull and lifeless. It was just wrong.
So, using her powers of fire, she created a dragon race, that she later called Forger's Passion, that brought emotion and life to the forgers' creations, they brought flare. The Spirals got hard at work, teaching and helping the forgers use thier imagination. And well, judging from today's forgings, you can tell they still do their jobs properly.

In-clan Fire Necessities:
Having a Forger's Passion in a fire clan represents more free creativity. And clans are more likely to buy metalwork from fire clans with Forger's Passion than without. In a different flight, Forger's Passion are known to again help creative flows of the clan, but not necessarily in metalwork. After all, Forger's Passion were created for one purpose, to seek out the imagination
