Oddity, referred to as Three-Note by their fans in reference to the standard three-note signifier that plays at the beginning of their cut-in broadcasts, is an odd dragon. No one who has heard one of their broadcasts has seen them in person, and many who haven't heard their transmissions express doubt in Oddity's very existence. They are known among followers to cut into entirely random radio transmissions and share a mixture of sensitive intelligence, repeating number sequences, and segments Oddity calls 'secrets.' These secrets are, as far as their listeners have determined, portions of interviews of dragons that do not identify themselves. They are fragmented, and usually lack cohesion. Only rarely is the interviewer's voice heard, but it is widely believed to be Oddity's.
