Emarku The Power Hungry Cultic Fool

Emarku was the second of the original dragons who carved the cave out, he's bold, cunning and sly, he's straight to the point and doesn't falter yet has a soft spot for certain dragons.

Emarku had once roamed the cells they kept their prisoners for The Shade, he was high ranking and some considered him the father to The Shade due to his dedication to the cult. *THUD* two dragons dumped a weak and frail dragon into one of the many cells they had lined up "just you wait worthless trash, you'll be worth something soon hahaha" they laughed as they walked away from the now crying dragon, Emarku had witnessed the same repeated imprisonment and beatdown yet once he laid his eyes on the dragon, something had struck him that he had not felt in years since his days as a hatchling; Empathy. Everyday he would stalk the cells just to see her once more and in secret, and feed her too, eventually the two had secret relations and had 2 children; but the secret could not be kept for long, Emarku was found out and was beaten and bruised badly and collapsed, he was exiled along with the dragon his infatuation took hold of. Emarku never knew what happened to the kids he had.

Emarku was left in the middle of the Tsunami Flats along with another dragon, he was extubated and had no such energy to move until the dragon managed to bring him into a cave with meat supplies the dragon hunted for him delivered on a leaf where he rested. The cave was small, but not too small, Emarku had thought the dragon had carved it out with their own claws. They were blue and yellow with scars covering their body, the blood was hard like rock, he couldnt be any more sure of it this was the same dragon he had cared for, he made sure to harvest nearby Ivy before resting into a small crevace assuming it was made for him

Dawn had struck into the cave illuminating Emarku; with heavy eyes woke up to see the blue dragon staring outside of the cave into the nearby trees, she was mesmerising in his eyes yet his thoughts wavered for a bit what happened to his children? He approached the mesmerized dragon and had asked about their kids "Kids? woah slow down there, we only just met" the words split him, she had forgotten who he was "but maybe instead of our own kids, we should help other dragons in need, after all; i did kind of save your life, others may need that same help too" she had stared deep into his eyes; she meant every word he could tell... "Fine, we can help others too" he had much pain in his voice but he figured this was the least he could do to honour his history with her "we should make this cave a bit bigger then! C'mon lets see who can claw the most rocks out!" she had lept to a wall and started digging, Emarku chuckled under his breath and followed suit

Emarku since then has developed quite an ego, often stating that he was the one who carved the cave out to newcomers or hatchlings until some dragon corrects him stating that he merely drained the water. Emarku doesn't show his soft spot often since the founding of The Family but always leaves it open around hatchlings, leading some hatchlings to nickname him Emarky

Yet despite such a soft spot, the rest is a cold murderer, leading to some dragons who upset Emarku to fear at night when they sleep
