Tizia is the only other dragon from the Southern Icefield, next to Arek. He tends to ignore questions about their home, so Tizia is more than glad to explain the ice flights culture to anyone who might ask.
Some dragons visit Yrwen just to speak to her - ice dragons don't leave their home territory often and researchers and scientists are interested in anyone who can give them a detailed, first-hand account of the inner workings of the secluded clan structures.

Being a very stoic dragon, talking to Tizia feels like talking to a block of ice. Despite this, conversations with her are very intellectual as Tizia knows more about the world than she lets on.
Tizia's tent is small but roomy, and she managed to have multiple windows installed in the roof. It's full of small keep-sakes, but because she takes so much care in displaying them, the tent does not seem cluttered.
Tends to sit on one of the multiple large cushions in her home (with the door open to welcome visitors) where she remains motionless for hours on end, as if frozen. The dragon's body temperate noticeably drops in this state. When Tizia slowly begins to move again after such a "coma" her hide crackles like ice.

Susceptible to warm temperatures ("I'm just not used to them.") Is one of the few dragons that stays behind when Yrwen decides to visit the Ashfall Wastes; instead enjoys the cooling winds in the Windswept Plateau. Noticeably more active (may even let out a hearty laugh) when it snows.
Why did she leave the ice fields? She seems to be perfect for the environment, and she has the temperament of an ice dragon! Everyone assumes this is a deeply personal matter, so few dragons dare ask about it. But she doesn't mind and answers anyone quite truthfully with the words "I wanted something more exciting to look at."
